Description

We are looking for a QA engineer to join our team and be the gatekeeper for everything we publish for our partners, not only from a technical standpoint but also from a product/business standpoint! As a QA engineer, you will review the product requirements and write test scenarios that validate them. You will identify bugs and provide feedback to the development team while working with the Product team and Tracking team to manage system bugs and track requirements implementation. You will establish metrics and manage outside resources. Test environments will be your responsibility and you will work in collaboration with IT to ensure they are configured as needed. Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
• Share knowledge with other departments to ensure the quality of outcomes is on par
• Assist in formulating QA standards and best practices
• Perform tests on the pages to simulate user engagements and verify the page is functioning correctly
• Validate page tracking implementation
• Verify page performance (speed) and responsiveness, for both mobile & desktop
• Assist management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the

organization

Requirements

• Fluent English and great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate and understand product & business requirements
• Experience working alongside developers and technical teams
• Experience in testing various applications, services, and user interfaces
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
• Understanding of Agile development processes
• Understanding of user interface design
• Familiarity with defect management systems
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for metrics and quantitative analysis; ability to extract meaning from data
• Strong character and work ethic; able to work independently
• You’re a team player with no ego - You’re able to develop strong relationships because you’re a problem solver at heart with three superpowers: you are a great listener, a great communicator, and have an unmatched growth mindset
• Experience with JavaScript, QA Automation, Netlify, Contentful, Figma, Unbounce is a plus
