About the Position
BIScience is seeking an experienced VP of Sales to join our rapidly growing team. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-level sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in SaaS sales, capable of aligning sales initiatives with our company’s broader goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Play a key role in shaping and contributing to the company's overall strategic direction.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed performance and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to create impactful sales campaigns and collateral.
- Partner with product, marketing, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and product innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with effective tactical execution.
- Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to dynamic market conditions.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
