What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will involve providing IT support to our team across Windows, macOS, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage user accounts with Okta and Azure AD, and ensure security with tools like Crowdstrike. You’ll lead key IT and Security projects, and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, system upgrades, hardware setups, such as networking gear, Zoom rooms and more. You’ll also handle help desk tickets, monitor system performance, and document processes to improve efficiency.

What You Need To Have

• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile device management
• Expertise in Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Okta, Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Strong security sense
• Ability to work autonomously and solve issues efficiently, Lead projects and manage IT assets.
• knowledge in Security systems such as Falcon Crowdstrike and Microsoft Defender.
• SaaS Management experience and automation skills.
  
  

• Experience with Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure and GCP)
• Experience with Okta workflows
• Experience with Zoom Room systems
• Experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Access Points)
• Knowledge in APIs and Scripting experience
• IT certifications (CompTIA, Google Workspace, Microsoft, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring systems
