Art Lead

Communix is the next generation of multiplayer gaming uniting people around the gaming world in the most realistic way, face to face.

We're looking for a very talented Art Lead! This role is both hands-on and managerial.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the art team, ensuring consistency and quality in all visual assets
• Design new UI/UX assets and features for our games, creating sketches, mockups, wireframes, UI animations, and 2D UI assets.
• Develop visual concepts and ideas.
• Overlook a complete game production pipeline.
• Working in an Agile environment and design methods while working with Product and R&D.
• Lead rapid iterations and testing on a variety of concepts and features, from wireframes to fully designed compositions.
• Review final products and ensure they are fun and pixel perfect.
  
  

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior creative role in the gaming industry - MUST
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and what it takes to create a great player experience
• Vast knowledge in all needed art disciplines (2D, UI/UX, animation, illustration)
• Fluent English both verbal and written
• You're versatile and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment where speed and innovation are key
