Recruitment Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution in a relevant field (e.g. ,Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration)
• Initiative and leadership skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – a people person!
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and lead processes and projects
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills,
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English
• Multitasking abilities – the ability to manage multiple tasks and processes effectively

• Responsibility for the management of the recruitment process
• Developing the recruitment annual work plan
• Organizing and executing recruitment events and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions and recruitment fairs
• Potential to take on additional responsibilities in HR
