DRS RADA TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a talented Technical Manager to join our team!

Among The Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative and complex Radar systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters to the system engineering team and our diverse R&D teams
• Collaborate with the R&D and Line of Business managers to ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee technical management of sub-contractors
  
  

• BS.c in electronics engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a system engineering or technical management role
• Proven experience and understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems (that include software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with multiple interfaces simultaneously
• Quick learner with flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Radar and RF systems – significant advantage
• Proven experience in R&D hand-on roles - RF / Board design / Algorithms – advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
