Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage OTORIO solutions, including: Deployment planning and execution, Configuration and health check, Optimization and enablement, Troubleshooting
• Execute project plans: Coordinate various project phases, from initial planning through implementation, Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline
• Communicate effectively to identify and resolve issues, create solutions, and improve processes
• Contribute to the creation of best practices and training materials
• Work closely with customer support, product management, R&D, marketing, and sales on: Deployment techniques, Feature requests, Product issues
  
  

• 2+ years' experience in professional services or a similar role, preferably in cybersecurity products
• Strong technical skills in networking and security tools
• Experience with installing and supporting production network and computer security systems
• Familiarity with: Docker containers and VMs, Linux systems (primarily Debian distributions), Database querying (Postgres)
• Experience with endpoint visibility and IDS tools, as well as active/passive discovery techniques
• A proactive, "hands-on" approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both online and in-person
• Experience working with global customers is a plus
• Knowledge of Operational Technology, the Purdue model, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and IoT is a plus
