Back End Developer

A startup in the Threat Hunting field developing a platform for SOC teams in large organizations. The platform enables automatic detection and response to significant security incidents and attacks. It integrates with various security products within organizations, using a smart engine to aggregate and process data, correlating information across systems to provide SOC teams with a clear real-time view of the organization’s security status.

The company has raised $120M after a Series C round, backed by top investors and funds.

The headquartered in Tel Aviv near a train station and offers a hybrid work model with up to two work-from-home days per week. The company employs 130 people.

Position Overview:

• Join the Data Pipelines team, working on Backend development for a large-scale Cloud-based system. Key technologies and responsibilities include:
• Developing data pipelines using tools like Flink, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Working in a Kubernetes and AWS environment.
• Backend development in Scala, with plans to transition to Python.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong expertise with AWS and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Data Engineering and scalable systems, including:
• Flink, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Modeling.
• AWS tools like S3, Kinesis, EMR, and messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience in a technological military unit.
