Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers succeed with FINQ’s innovative products and services:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and empower them to use FINQ’s products effectively.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend tailored solutions to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, contributing to ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, sales, or support in the field of pension devices and/or financial markets.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).
- A self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., chat platforms, WhatsApp, and CRM systems).
- Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- Exceptional multitasking capabilities and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree / certification studies or extensive knowledge in Financial markets / pension funds / Insurance – a significant advantage.
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work in our modern and centrally located Tel Aviv office.
