We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and experienced Account Executive to drive B2B sales of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will manage the sales cycle from cold leads to closing, work closely with clients to understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that help solve their challenges. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through a variety of methods, including outbound cold calls, emails, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Solution Selling & Product Demos:
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solution tailored to the specific business needs of each client.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Own the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, including creating customized proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and handling objections effectively.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership.
- Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and sales methodologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in B2B SaaS sales (minimum [3] years).
Strong knowledge of the SaaS industry and understanding of business operations and pain points.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales enablement tools.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
