Our technology leverages advanced AI to automatically generate, update, and contextualize code documentation, ensuring it evolves seamlessly with your codebase. Swimm’s tools empower development teams to navigate complex systems effortlessly, accelerate onboarding, and enhance team collaboration by embedding documentation directly into workflows. Whether you’re working on new features or tackling technical debt, Swimm ensures your documentation is always reliable, relevant, and actionable.

What you will do:

• Manage an existing team of senior developers that develop Swimm’s platform (WebApp, IDE plugins and on premise solutions) alongside the CTO office which is responsible for the AI features.
• Grow the existing team and recruit another team that will support Swimm’s growth.
• Work closely with the CPO and report to the CEO.

What you’ll need:

• Past experience of at least 2 positions of a team leader.
• Previous startup experience (B2B is preferred).
• Previous experience with on premise deployments in big organizations.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding and managing junior to senior developers.
• Experience with Typescript, full stack development (Vue and GCP are preferred).
• Comfortable delivering direct feedback as well as giving recognition.
• To be willing to work from the office Monday to Thursday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
