Technical Lead - IoT & Cloud Solutions

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing retail startup, leading our IoT and cloud solutions development team.

Role Overview:

Lead the development and integration of IoT solutions with cloud services (Azure, GCP), while managing and mentoring a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔸Architect and oversee IoT solution development and cloud integration

🔸Lead and mentor development team members

🔸Drive technical decision-making and ensure code quality

🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development

🔸Manage project timelines and technical deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

🔸10+ years of technical leadership experience in IoT and cloud projects

🔸Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Angular

🔸Proven experience with MongoDB, Redis, and MSSQL

🔸Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

🔸Solid understanding of IoT architectures and security practices

🔸Experience in startup environments

🔸Fluent in Hebrew and English

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Technical Stack:

🔸Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript

🔸Databases: MongoDB, Redis, MSSQL

🔸Cloud: Azure, GCP

🔸Focus on secure development practices

🔸Experience with Agile methodologies
