Customer Success Manager/Business Development Manager
(Located in Kfar-Saba) Job onsite.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the company products and its clients.
The BD Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and take charge of the entire sales process of the business.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in digital advertising.
Strong analytical and Operational skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for using data to drive business results.
Quick learner, self-motivated, goal-oriented team player with a ‘Can-Do attitude’.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Hebrew.
Mobile Apps industry – A plus.

Responsibilities
Research, pursue, and develop new, long term business relationships.
Build and grow strong relationships, drive growth and success.
Own account and campaign management, including technical execution, integrations, troubleshooting, data analysis, and ongoing optimization.
Manage budget to align with goals of business.
Track, evaluate and communicate key metrics to internal and external teams.
