Your mission

We are looking for a Finance Assistant (Entry level) to join our dynamic finance team and support key financial operations. Your role will be essential in ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting while contributing to the team’s efficiency and success.

About The Role

As a Finance Assista, you will work closely with our Finance Business Partner to support daily operations, assist in financial reporting, and collaborate on ad-hoc projects.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management and reporting while enhancing your professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Validation: Assist in monthly closings, prepare financial statements, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Accounts Management: Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Auditing & Compliance: Collaborate with auditors, organize documentation, and assist with tax filings in coordination with tax consultants.
• Daily Finance Operations: Record transactions, review employee travel expenses, and address finance-related queries.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in various finance-related projects as needed.
  
  

Your profile

• A university degree in Accounting/Economics (Certified Accountant is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and travel expense management.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible with daily operational tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience – an advantage.
• CPA with experience at a Big 4 firm – an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) – an advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
