We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong foundation in data analysis, SQL, and Excel to join our B2B Growth team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and optimizing our B2B data infrastructure. Reporting directly to the B2B Analytics Lead, you will collaborate closely with the data department and internal stakeholders to design and implement data solutions that enhance decision-making, provide greater business visibility, and ultimately drive growth.

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Data Ownership & Infrastructure: Take responsibility for the B2B data, collaborating with the data team to define and create new fields, tables, views, and calculations that are specific to B2B needs.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that provide stakeholders with actionable insights into key B2B metrics. This will improve transparency, support operational improvements, and track progress on growth initiatives.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Use SQL to conduct detailed analysis of B2B data, uncovering trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making across the organization and help stakeholders make informed strategic choices.
• Training & Data Access: Train and support team members on the use of BI tools and data analysis techniques
  
  

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, particularly in data-focused environments.
• BA/B.Sc. in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Advanced SQL skills, with experience in large and complex data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging data environment where not everything is organized and clear.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Excel Skills: Advanced, with skills in pivot tables and formulas for data analysis.
