A large manufacturing company in Lod is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B sales. This position plays a critical role at the forefront of the company's sales process, focusing on identifying and generating new sales opportunities by engaging potential customers and nurturing leads. The successful candidate will collaborate with the headquarters' marketing team and global sales teams, respond to incoming leads, create insightful CRM reports, and optimize the SDR process based on competitor analysis and customer pain points. The role also involves managing CRM marketing operations, including setting up landing pages and automated nurturing funnels.
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Monitor CRM leads daily, promptly following up via email and phone calls. Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs, challenges, and budgets to prioritize and forward qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound activities to identify potential customers and build a strong lead pipeline. Engage prospects through email, phone calls, social media, and networking to generate interest in the company's large-format 3D printing solutions.
- Reporting: Create weekly and quarterly CRM reports, providing valuable data to support the sales process.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information to facilitate the sales process.
- CRM Marketing Operations: Implement campaigns, including creating landing pages, email campaigns, and nurturing funnels.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify target industries and companies that could benefit from the company’s technology.
- Customer Portal Management: Manage the online customer portal, requiring basic website management skills.
- 2-4 years of experience as an SDR.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in high-end industrial equipment.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- A data-driven, analytical mindset with a proactive and driven approach to meeting sales and marketing goals.
- Flexibility to adapt and improve SDR messaging based on target industry needs.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about products and market developments.
- Experience in industrial systems, 3D printers, manufacturing, or hardware is an advantage.
