Quality Assurance Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Quality Processes: Define and formalize QA processes and best practices to establish a robust quality assurance framework.
• Testing & Validation: Execute comprehensive manual QA testing before product launches to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Bug Management: Identify, document, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve bugs efficiently.
• User Support: Act as the first point of contact for product-related user issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in QA processes, with opportunities to introduce automation tools and strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in QA roles, with a proven track record in manual testing.
• Certification: QA manual testing certification from a recognized institution.
• Technical Skills: Experience in developing test plans and methodologies. knowledge in SQL.
• Analytical Skills: Strong technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Customer Focus: A service-oriented mindset with the ability to assist end users confidently.
• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
