We at Best Brilliance are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our team and elevate our presence across major platforms, including Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

This role is ideal for a candidate with both strategic vision and hands-on expertise in managing social media platforms and tools.

✍️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the social media strategy and execution across Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and engagement while remaining hands-on with tools and platforms.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure continuous growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align strategies and maximize campaign impact.
• Stay informed about social media trends and introduce innovative approaches to engage audiences.

🎯 Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing social media for a luxury or lifestyle brand.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
• Native-level English proficiency – required.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including visuals, videos, and storytelling.
• Advantage: Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
