Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers successfully onboard and see value from our cutting-edge AI-powered Agwa systems, which enable vessels to grow fresh vegetables during long journeys. The ideal candidate will excel in managing logistics during the onboarding phase and fostering ongoing relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Phase
- Conduct all the necessary post-live conversations with the customer (Kickoff, Technical Call, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery and installation of Agwa systems on designated vessels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and shipping companies to manage timelines, address delays, and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Provide training and initial setup support to crew members, ensuring they are confident in using the product.
- Monitor and track progress, ensuring all onboarding milestones are met on schedule.
Ongoing Phase
- Be the sole owner and responsible for the contract renewal and the ongoing communication of Agwa’s value proposition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining regular communication with vessel crews.
- Proactively monitor customer engagement and system performance to ensure optimal use of the product.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored recommendations to help customers maximize yield and efficiency.
- Coordinate the transportation of consumables to the customers on a timely basis.
- Facilitate regular feedback loops, sharing insights with internal teams to enhance the product and customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues as necessary.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the company's product and its value proposition.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, including onboarding completion rates, system usage, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuously improve onboarding and ongoing processes, incorporating customer feedback and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a technical or logistics-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple customers and deadlines simultaneously. - A MUST!
- Basic IT/Networking experience - a big plus!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in logistics coordination is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agwa, agriculture, or AI-powered solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work week: 4 days - office, 1 day - home
