Finance Manager

Galia Lahav, a dynamic, growing, global fashion company, seeks an experienced finance manager to lead its financial operations.

The role involves full responsibility for financial management and strategic finance,

planning, budget oversight, and economic process control, working closely with the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic management and planning of the annual budget, including financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Supervision of bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with  accounting standards and local regulations.
• Managing the company’s cash flow, including short- and long-term planning.
• Conducting monthly and quarterly budget reviews and identifying gaps compared to  forecasts.
• Streamlining financial processes and leveraging technology to improve performance.
• Supporting CEO in strategic decision-making based on financial data.
• Managing relationships with external entities such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Collaborating with procurement, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting / BA in economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably retail companies.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with BI tools.
• Full proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and effective prioritization of resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
