We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist at AvaTrade to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage users throughout their journey. You will manage the full campaign lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use AI tools to optimize content and engagement. Responsibilities:
Content Distribution & Strategy: Manage all post-registration content distribution for our users and clients
Multi-Channel Communications: Send communications through various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, web push, pop-ups, alerts on other platforms
Template Development: Build and maintain engaging HTML templates and other creative assets for communications
Campaign Management: Schedule, maintain, and optimize promotional cycles and marketing campaigns
AI-Driven Marketing: Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., chatbots, content optimization platforms) to personalize and enhance user engagement
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals
Requirement:
Technical Aptitude: Possesses basic knowledge of HTML (an advantage, but not essential) and is comfortable picking up new technologies quickly.
AI Tools Knowledge: Has hands-on experience or is eager to learn AI-driven marketing tools for automation, personalization, and analytics.
Highly Organized: Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Creative & Analytical: Combines a creative mindset with strong technical and analytical skills to drive campaign success.
Quick Learner: Demonstrates fast learning capabilities and adaptability to evolving technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
Growth Mindset: Motivated to enter a core marketing role with significant growth potential, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
