Senior Developer (C++/C#)

A leading technology company in Omer is expanding its team! We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in C++/C# to take part of our passive monitoring project involving video, audio, structured data, and DDS (Data Distribution Service).

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the development process for the passive monitoring project, from ideation through to production.

Design, develop, and maintain video, audio, and data monitoring systems with high performance and scalability.

Innovate and apply modern techniques for data streaming, processing, and monitoring using DDS.

Continuously improve coding practices, ensure code quality, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure timely and effective releases.

Skills/Experience:

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.

5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in C++ and C#.

Strong experience with video, audio, and data streaming systems (preferably in a monitoring context).

Proven experience working in a multithreaded environment and designing high-performance, low-latency applications.

Experience with DDS (Data Distribution Service) and real-time data systems is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with various network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) is a plus.

Solid understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization.

Passion for building innovative systems and solving complex technical challenges.

Bonus:

Knowledge of other programming languages, such as RUST, python or GO.

Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Prior experience in video/audio processing, media streaming, or related fields.
