Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. 

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Unitronics products globally

• Identifying faults and exploring technical solutions to resolve it

• Conduct technical training and presentations for the company’s customers

• Assist with pre-sales and post-sales technical activities

• Participate in global exhibitions

Qualifications

• Engineering education in the fields of control/ machinery / electrical/ electronic / mechatronics/software, or any equivalent field

• 3-5 years of experience in the industrial automation field

• Experience in the development of industrial automation systems, programming controllers, and HMI systems – a significant advantage

• Familiarity with industrial protocols or motion systems – advantage

• Proficiency in conducting technical presentations – must

• Fluent in English – Verbal and writing

• Willingness to fly abroad, a few times a year
