Technical Manager

The Missile and Space Systems Division is hiring a Technical Manager.

What will you do:

• Provide professional and technical guidance throughout all stages of the project, offering tailored technological solutions that meet the client’s needs. Manage the engineering product lifecycle while ensuring compliance with the contractual work plan and client requirements.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the project: responsible for engineering design and implementation, addressing technical issues throughout the project.
• Lead matrix teams consisting of technical and engineering personnel.
• Serve as the point of contact (POC) for subcontractors abroad on all technical matters, liaising with various divisions of the company.
• Ensure the engineering design from subcontractors aligns with the project requirements.
• Manage system integration both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with project specifications, including overseeing FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and system delivery to the client.
• Monitor system issues both domestically and abroad and manage the relevant parties to resolve defects.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing technical aspects of multidisciplinary systems – Mandatory.
• Experience with airborne systems or air defense systems – Advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Team management skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
