About us

Walmart Global Tech’s presence in Israel has grown over the past few years with 3 acquisitions to date, all develop using industry leading technologies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and resolve critical business issues.
• Partner with senior leaders to define program goals, success criteria, risks, and known issues.
• Develop communication strategies, educate stakeholders, and ensure understanding of program requirements.
• Drive the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
• Remove obstacles, provide resources, and measure progress to adjust performance and meet goals.
• Oversee process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Supervise and develop associates by mentoring, setting performance expectations, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Evaluate program performance through KPIs, ROI analysis, and stakeholder feedback; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Support company policies, ensure compliance, and promote ethical standards.
• Use data analysis to drive decision-making, reduce costs, and align initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure business needs are met by evaluating program effectiveness and applying feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in community outreach events and support overall business efficiency.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar) or any other relevant course.
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex programs or projects.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and align them with business goals.
• Strong skills in process improvement, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
