We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Campaign Specialist to grow Alma’s online presence, primarily through engaging, self-produced organic content, supported by effective paid campaigns.

Your main focus will be creating and planning content yourself and managing our organic social channels to support brand awareness, product launches and audience engagement. You should be comfortable turning an idea into a finished video or post without a lengthy production process. You will also run paid campaigns that extend the reach of this content and support lead generation, and you will understand how to reach the right audiences, manage advertising budgets and improve campaign results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Organic Social

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos, photos and graphics for Alma’s social channels.
• Create a balanced mix of educational, product, treatments, behind-the-scenes and lighter content for professional and consumer audiences.
•  Learn Alma’s technologies and treatments and translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Follow relevant trends and adapt them to Alma’s brand and business.
• Manage the content calendar, publishing and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Adapt content, tone and format to each platform.
• Produce day-to-day content independently

Paid Campaign Management

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and YouTube advertising.
• ·Select channels, campaign objectives and formats based on the audience, business goal and available budget.
• Create and adapt advertising copy, videos and graphics for different platforms and placements.
• Coordinate with Marketing Operations and relevant colleagues on landing pages, conversion tracking and lead handover.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track organic and paid performance and share clear reports with practical recommendations.
• Monitor audience growth, engagement, video performance, conversion rates, as relevant.
• Work with local marketing teams to adapt content and campaigns for different markets.
• Support product launches, events and other marketing activities.
• Work with product and clinical colleagues to keep product and treatment claims accurate.
• Take feedback openly, contribute ideas and stay flexible as team priorities change.

• A degree in Digital Media, Visual Communication, Film or Video Production, Marketing Communications or a related field is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio of videos, graphics and social posts you have personally created, with a clear explanation of your contribution, is essential and may substitute for formal education.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital content creation and organic social media, as well as paid campaign management.
• Strong practical filming and editing skills, including creating quality still and moving content.
• Proficiency in video & photo editing and graphic design tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube campaign formats.
• Confidence using Google Analytics 4 and native social and advertising analytics.
• Good understanding of social trends, platform formats, community management tools, and audience behavior.
• Ability to combine creative judgment with performance data.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Good organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines and budgets.
• Independence, openness to feedback and a collaborative approach.
