Special Programs and Logistics Coordinator

Within the Aardvark Israel Program are many activities that require coordination, booking, and oversight. The Special Programs and Logistics Coordinator oversees the arrangements for these activities and works in collaboration with other relevant staff members to ensure the successful execution of these aspects of the program.

Requirements:

• Outstanding administrative, logistic, communication and budgetary skills
• Experience working with Diaspora Jewry
• Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to plan ahead and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English and Hebrew at a high level – reading, writing and speaking
• Rosh gadol, highly motivated, troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working as a tour operator – advantage

Full time position based either in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. Not suitable for students.
