User Acquisition Manager

Job Description: 

Join ROI Labs as a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and optimizing player acquisition campaigns in the iGaming industry. This is a hands-on position where you will take direct responsibility for campaign execution, performance tracking, and continual improvement to ensure we meet our ambitious growth objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute targeted user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels. 
• Manage all aspects of campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking. 
• Continuously test and refine strategies to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and LTV. 
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
• Utilize data to optimize campaigns and ensure efficient budget allocation. 
• Take full ownership of the acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective spend to maximize user growth. 
• Evaluate new opportunities to expand reach and scale campaigns effectively. 
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging user acquisition strategies. 
• Experiment with innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance and attract high-value users. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Proven experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or a related role, preferably in the iGaming industry. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. 
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns with a focus on achieving measurable results. 
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. 
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
