Security Researcher

A startup specializing in cybersecurity for factories and critical infrastructures (OT - Operational Technology), serving a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

The company develops a dedicated cybersecurity platform for the manufacturing industry and critical systems. Unlike other solutions, their platform integrates with all systems within a factory, including IT infrastructures, user management, network security systems, antivirus tools, control systems, and more.

This unique capability provides a 360-degree view of cyber risks within a factory and allows easy and efficient risk management through a single system.

Based in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company employs 75 people and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

Role Overview-

• Reporting to the Research Team Lead, this role involves joining an existing team to conduct research and development, with a focus on:
• Research and development in Python, emphasizing integrations between OT components and the company's flagship product.
• Enabling the system to identify various components during its network scans.
• Conducting POC (Proof of Concept) and Innovation at a research level.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity research
• Experience in analysis of documented or undocumented network protocols or data formats.
• Experience in reverse engineering.
• Knowledge in Windows internals, protocols and domain environment.
• Excellent English verbal and writings skills
• Proficiency in Python and networking
