Postdoctoral Researcher

Within our new ERC Synergy Project “Unravelling the Mysteries of Vibrational Strong Coupling”, we are looking for talented, ambitious, and enthusiastic post-doctorate candidates for experimental research. This interdisciplinary and international collaboration aims to construct a comprehensive mechanistic understanding of polaritonic chemistry, an emerging field located at the intersection of chemistry, condensed matter physics, and quantum optics.

Qualifications

• PhD in physical chemistry or physics (awarded no more than 4 years before application date)
• Excellent research track record
• Strong experimental background in ultrafast spectroscopy and/or optics
• Curiosity and creativity
• Ability to carry out research independently as well as in a team
• Fluency in English
