About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Hello Heart, a pioneering digital health startup. Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI/ML-driven products, driving initiatives that create business value and user impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to ideate, prototype, and deliver AI-powered features and products.
• Define and refine use cases, user journeys, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration of AI/ML capabilities into the user experience.
• Develop and manage a clear, actionable roadmap for AI/ML products, aligning with broader company goals and securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Partner with the Data Science team to shape the development of machine learning models, validate assumptions, and continuously improve algorithms.
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate product performance, measure success, and iterate on features post-launch.
• Act as the voice of the customer, championing a user-first approach while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and ensure that your products leverage the latest advancements in the field.
  
  

• Has 5+ years of product management experience, including a proven track record in AI/ML-powered products.
• Demonstrates deep experience working with Data Science and Engineering teams, especially in the development and deployment of algorithms.
• Has successfully owned and launched complex products, driving them from ideation and GTM strategy through execution and iteration.
• Combines customer-centric thinking with a strong understanding of AI/ML technology and its practical applications.
• Brings a highly analytical mindset and excels at turning data into actionable product decisions.
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Is comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a focus on outcomes and user impact.
• Previous experience in the digital health industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. - Advantage
