Prompt Engineer

The Prompt Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing, and maintaining our AI pipelines, essential for driving forward our AI workflows and data-driven decision-making processes. The Prompt Engineer will design, test, and optimize prompt structures for Large Language Models (LLMs), working collaboratively across teams to elevate the capabilities and performance of our AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and deconstruct complex problems into actionable components, designing effective prompts for LLMs to address business needs
• Research and implement best practices for prompt engineering while employing creative, out-of-the-box approaches when necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, data science, and engineering, to develop and refine AI-driven features
• Use internal tools to manage the entire lifecycle of prompt engineering—dataset creation, error analysis, testing, and optimization
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, such as GPT, Gemini, and other emerging models, applying innovative methodologies to improve outcomes
  
  

• Familiarity with commonly used Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, AI research, product research, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills, statistical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in creative and efficient ways
• Proficiency in working with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV
• Proficiency in working with APIs through code
• Excellent self-learning abilities and a proactive mindset for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Hands-on experience with tools or frameworks for LLM development and experimentation
