We at Best Brilliance are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing and Flow Expert to take the lead in our email and SMS marketing initiatives. If you are a data-driven strategist with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo and Attentive, and a passion for crafting impactful retention strategies, we want to hear from you!

✍️ Key Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive.
• Develop and refine advanced flows focused on customer retention and engagement.
• Manage large-scale campaigns, ensuring ROI and scalability.
• Analyze customer data to create actionable strategies and drive monetization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, continuously improving results.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and compliance best practices.

🎯 Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with Klaviyo and Attentive expertise – mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in running large-scale campaigns and developing retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting and creative content development abilities.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Native-level English proficiency – required.
• Availability to work in Israel with office attendance as needed.
