Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kiryat Motzkin. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing support solutions in the high-tech and IT sectors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive technological improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Customer account management and support solutions experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of high-tech and IT sectors
• Ability to proactively identify and address customer needs
• Experience with CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
