Elbit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Integration Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to integrate, install, and deploy Elbit’s solutions and products, working directly with customers globally. The position requires hands-on expertise in both hardware and software, as well as the ability to coordinate across internal teams and with customers. This role will involve significant travel to customer sites, including domestic and international locations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Focused: Establish yourself as a trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing support.

Problem Solving & Collaboration: Proactively address and resolve technical challenges, taking ownership of issues while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, services, and business teams) to ensure efficient and effective solutions.

Integration & Installation: Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of Elbit’s software and hardware solutions at both the lab and customer sites.

Lab Environment Management: Responsible for the lab environment in Israel, including hardware and software upgrades.

Security Updates: Take responsibility for and implement security updates for the systems.

Documentation: Write installation documents and ensure proper closure of software versions.

Multi-tasking & Adaptability: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment .

Interfacing with Multiple Teams: Work with various teams, including support, development, and project management, to meet objectives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in integration engineering or a similar technical role

Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operating system-related issues

In-depth understanding of networking concepts, including knowledge of protocols, behaviour analysis, and network troubleshooting

Strong working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V

Proven experience in deploying Docker and Kubernetes

Proven experience in deploying and managing Elastic Database.

Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages – an advantage

Experience in writing automation scripts to improve deployment processes - an advantage

Experience with NetApp storage solutions platform is a plus - an advantage

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability and flexibility to travel internationally and domestically as required (extensive travel abroad)
