Join Mertens - MalamTeam as a Digital & API Security Penetration Tester for a leading financial organization in the Central region!
Conduct penetration tests on API and Digital services to identify security vulnerabilities and enhance performance. This role requires expertise in API security, secure development, understanding architectures (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), and hands-on experience with penetration testing tools.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Perform threat modeling and design protections for API platforms.
- Conduct various security assessments (White-box, Black-box, Fuzz Testing).
- Work with OWASP API Security Top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Establish secure development processes for API.
🛠 Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in penetration testing (Cloud/On-prem).
- Deep knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect protocols.
- Experience with tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP.
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, JavaScript).
- Understanding secure development practices (Agile, CI/CD).
- Certifications (advantage): CEH, CISSP, OSCP.
