Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, generate insights, identify relevant business questions, design KPIs, and implement measurement processes to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
• Connect to new databases, define connectivity and data layer requirements, integrate diverse data sources, and establish consistency across complex projects.
• Leverage advanced analytical tools to explore data and create actionable dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with operational teams to map and understand business processes, guide decision-making, and present analytical findings.
• Perform quality checks on workflows and data integrity to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working with databases, analyzing data, and delivering business insights – mandatory.
• Deep understanding of business processes in one or more of the following domains: insurance, pension, provident funds, or financial services – mandatory.
• Expertise in querying large databases and integrating data from multiple sources – mandatory.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries – mandatory; basic Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with tools for creating reports and dashboards – mandatory.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver documents and presentations – a significant advantage.
• Experience with process mapping, defining measurement needs, and tracking business KPIs – an advantage.
• Basic experience in systems analysis – an advantage.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data modeling – an advantage.
