Job Description:

As a Night Shift Technical Support Student, you will provide assistance, operate a help desk, and support the operation of communications within the ministry. You will participate and integrate into the support center, focusing on operational telephony.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users.
• Operate the help desk.
• Support the ministry's communication systems.
• Participate in the support center, specializing in operational telephony.
• Work night shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.

• Education:Second year or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• OR, a bachelor's degree in another field and a 100-hour course in computerized information systems.
• OR, without a degree, advanced courses in information systems totaling at least 150 hours.
• Experience:At least one year of experience in a technical support center, communications, or as a computer technician.
• Military Service: Graduates of a technological unit or with a security clearance level of 2 will have a significant advantage.
