Simply carrying your smartphone in your pocket and walking a few steps can provide an accurate gait analysis within seconds. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of our flagship product.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a 5+ team of engineers in a full-stack squad, encompassing backend, frontend, and mobile development
• Own and drive the team’s Agile development lifecycle
• Remove obstacles, streamline processes, and delegate tasks effectively
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and senior technical staff to deliver on the product roadmap
• Scale the team
• Mentor, motivate, and grow team members professionally
• Oversee cross-team projects and ensure successful execution
• Take a hands-on approach by contributing to design, code review, and feature delivery

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering management
• Experience with large-scale, cloud-based technologies and a full-stack development background
• Experience in mobile app development (a plus)
• Skilled in team scaling and talent nurturing
• Proficiency in managing cross-team projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• A passion for motivating, mentoring, and developing team members
• Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical and strategic information
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
