Client Relationship Manager

Job Description:

The Client Relationship Manager in the Investments division is responsible for managing, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships. The role includes providing professional telephone support to clients, managing portfolios, initiating regular calls and meetings, and evaluating investment policies for client portfolios. Additionally, the manager will represent the company to external agents and distributors, ensuring long-term relationships and enhancing client service.

The role also involves retaining and growing client assets within the investment house, identifying opportunities for upgrading and selling company products, and understanding client needs in order to offer tailored solutions. This position requires a high level of professional expertise, deep understanding of investment strategies, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field – required.

Investment Marketing/Portfolio Management license – required.

Previous experience in client relationship management within the investment sector.

Strong analytical skills and understanding of investment policies.

High service orientation and the ability to work closely with clients and agents.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Ability to meet personal targets and make business decisions with professional judgment.
