### Job Description

The Ad Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our digital advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with our senior team members to ensure smooth ad campaign execution, quality control, and performance optimization.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms and channels

- Perform detailed performance analysis and generate comprehensive reporting

- Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving issues and discrepancies

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal ad placement and performance

- Assist in implementing and maintaining ad tagging and tracking mechanisms

- Conduct daily quality assurance checks on ad inventory and campaign performance

- Support the implementation of new advertising technologies and platforms

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field

- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or related field

- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

- Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal)

- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and ad tech platforms

- Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts

### Technical Skills

- Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Prebid, etc.)

- Understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

- Experience with data visualization tools
