Software QA Engineer

QA Engineer Job Description

For a national security project at the forefront of air defense technology, we are seeking a QA Engineer to serve as a knowledge center in system processes, system operations, and the supporting systems ensuring system readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a test plan based on functions and processes
• Execute tests and generate test reports
• Analyze run reports recorded in the database

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of testing – mandatory
• At least 1 year of experience with C4I systems – mandatory
• Knowledge of communication protocols (DIS, RS, TCP, UDP, 1553, Ethernet) – mandatory
• Experience working with TFS – mandatory
• Experience working with SharePoint – advantageous
• Knowledge of SQL, LINUX, Python – significant advantage
• Experience in automated testing – advantageous
• Experience with simulators, including API interface and familiarity with DIS – advantageous
• Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and writing customized documents – advantageous
• Academic degree – advantageous
• Familiarity with Agile processes – advantageous
• Security clearance – advantageous
• High ability and motivation to learn complex systems and work environments
• Professional English

The position is located in Holon, with occasional travel to sites across the country.
