A global communications company in Netanya is seeking a skilled Senior AMS Product Marketing Specialist to drive the success of its audio management systems (AMS) products. This position involves managing the product lifecycle, creating impactful marketing strategies, and collaborating across departments to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Product Management: Identify customer needs and business goals, define the product vision, and lead the team to bring this vision to life. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including MRDs, product launches, roadmaps, and end-of-life processes.
- Product Positioning: Develop compelling narratives that showcase the unique features and benefits of AMS products, focusing on solving customer pain points and enhancing efficiency.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design go-to-market plans for new product launches, collaborating with internal teams to define pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Implement go-to-market plans through customer and prospect engagements, promoting product features and benefits.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge to effectively market AMS products. Provide training on product features, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as digital platforms, events, and webinars, while monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with customers to gather testimonials, success stories, and use cases to strengthen credibility and trust.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, solutions engineering, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the aerospace or communication systems sector.
- Technical understanding of audio management systems, avionics, and related technologies.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
