Help Desk Specialist

A Leading Company is Looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist

Job Description:

• Maintenance of workstations, printers, and internal/external communication systems.
• Operation and monitoring of backups, maintenance of information security applications.
• User support and troubleshooting at company sites and branches.
• Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar IT support/Help Desk role – mandatory.
• Professional certifications: MCSA/MCSE/MCITP – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 – mandatory.
• Basic knowledge in networking – mandatory.
• Experience in a Terminal Server environment – mandatory.
• Familiarity with VPN and Fortigate – advantage.
• Experience with VMware and VEEAM Backup & Replication systems – advantage.
• Familiarity with the MacOS operating system – significant advantage.
• Knowledge in information security and Fortigate Firewall – advantage.
