Program Manager for Educational Center (Maternity Leave Cover) – Hybrid Position

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Educational Center for a maternity leave cover. This dynamic role involves managing and overseeing entrepreneurial programs in collaboration with leading professionals in the field.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the center's operations and processes related to education – from program marketing to the smooth execution of learning days.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening: Managing the candidate selection process based on program requirements and the business needs of the center. Conducting phone interviews and Zoom meetings with potential participants.

CRM Management: Utilizing advanced CRM systems to ensure an efficient and accurate admission process.

Registration and Payments Management: Overseeing the registration process, payment collection, and continuous communication with participants.

Instructor and Activity Coordination: Managing the schedule for workshops and instructors, coordinating with top industry professionals, and producing educational materials.

Operational Execution of Learning Days: Coordinating logistics and hands-on operations during learning days, ensuring an exclusive learning experience.

Collaboration with Accounting: Working closely with the accounting team for smooth financial operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has a strong understanding of project management, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a big-picture view.

Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized, efficient, and adaptable to changing circumstances.

Is independent, proactive, open-minded, and capable of problem-solving.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of the entrepreneurial and tech industry is a must. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with participants and instructors and support educational programs in this field.

Marketing orientation is an advantage. Experience in marketing educational programs and identifying opportunities for improvement in outreach and engagement.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with senior executives.

High level of English proficiency.

Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
