Title: BIGVU Customer Success Video Coach
Hours: US EST hours - between 20/30 hours per week
Overview: BIGVU seeks a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Video Coach to join our amazing support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers maximize their use of our video creation app. You will provide exceptional support, coaching meetings on Zoom, and facilitate live webinars, all while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Support: Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide solutions, and enhance their experience with our products.
- One-on-One Coaching: Conduct personalized coaching sessions over Zoom (with the camera on!) to guide customers through our video tools, ensuring they understand features and can utilize them effectively.
- Educational Webinars and videos: Plan and facilitate engaging webinars and short videos that educate customers about our products, best practices, and new features.
- Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to improving customer success strategies.
- App Troubleshooting: Provide support for troubleshooting issues related to our applications, guiding customers through solutions and ensuring a smooth experience.
Requirements
- Perfect English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability: Must be able to work during American hours.
- Equipment: Good Internet Connection and Good Quality Camera for Zoom Calls
- Coaching Skills and People Person: Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner, feel confident on camera
- Tech Saavy: Well-versed in troubleshooting techniques and guiding customers through technical issues.
- Bonus: Previous experience with video editing platforms (capcut, etc)
