Role Description

in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

The co-founder will be responsible for brokerage, and real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and hiring new employees and company expansion.

Expected profit starting from the second year is over 700,000 ILS

Qualifications

• Motivation and drive to become a millionaire are a must!
• Native or High-Level Hebrew Proficiency
• Expertise in Brokerage, Real Estate, and Property Management
• Customer Service and Sales Acumen: Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales performance.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Knowledge of the Local Real Estate Market and Regulations: Familiarity with regional market trends and legal requirements is advantageous.
• Strong Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in reaching favorable agreements and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ability to Work Collaboratively and Independently: Capable of functioning well in team settings and managing tasks autonomously.
• Real Estate Broker License: Holding a valid license- a license must be issued, but not mandatory at first
• Ownership of a Two-Wheeler: Having personal transportation can be advantageous for property visits and client meetings.
• Computer Skills, Including CRM and Canva Software: Proficiency in digital tools for managing client relationships and creating marketing materials is a plus.
