Junior Buyer

We are seeking a Junior Buyer to join our team. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods and services for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with identifying potential suppliers and vendors
• Help negotiate prices and terms of agreements
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs
• Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy
• Day-to-day vendor management.
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities to reduce company costs & improve engagement terms.
• Handling contracts & conducting negotiations end-to-end.
• Working closely and providing excellent service to all relevant departments: R&D, Operations and Service.
• Working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience with the operations field – Advantage.
• Ability to understand and read contracts.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Capable of thriving in a stressed and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills (people’s person).
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and verbal.
• High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP, preferred Priority system.
• Experience in a global organization.
