Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding and account maintenance to ensure a seamless experience.
• Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions related to cybersecurity products and services.
• Act as the customer's advocate within Veriti, collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to address their needs.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and documentation.
• Create and update playbooks to streamline customer support processes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• CCNA certification or similar.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, specifically Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco.
• Proficiency in incident response, security analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute them efficiently.
