As part of our growth in the North American market, Cytactic is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our mission and scale our market presence. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team, and play a critical role in driving new business opportunities.Description
As an SDR at Cytactic, you will be the frontline for our sales team, responsible for identifying and nurturing potential customers and leads, to create a strong sales pipeline. Your main responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify leads to generate a steady flow of sales opportunities for the Sales team.
- Engagement and Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers and initiate conversations.
- Discovery and Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, needs, and fit with Cytactic's solutions.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights from conversations with prospects to help the team better understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
- 3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, ideally in the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as lead generation, calls made, and meetings booked.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and conduct engaging discovery calls.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience working in a young growing Israeli startup is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry or a passion for technology is a plus.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A “hunter” mentality, eager to uncover new opportunities and open doors.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with prospects.
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm.
